Slow traffic on A34 due to broken down car
TRAFFIC has now returned to normal on the A34 northbound after a broken down car caused delays.
The area impacted stretched from Hinksey Hill Interchange to Manor Road/Park Road.
The road was partially blocked but all lanes have now reopened.
