AUTONOMOUS street cleaning vehicles may be the future for the city.
Oxford Robotics Institute and Oxford City Council are working together to attach sensors to the carts to create 3D maps that will set independent vehicles off on the loose.
The City Mapping Project is gathering data on street conditions and exploring innovative ways the data can help the City Council and its partners to better manage the city.
