WORKS on a major development in Marcham should begin within nine months.
Building on the much-coveted community facilities on the Anson Field is set to start in April, according to project leaders.
The Community Facilities Steering Group revealed a rough time frame in the village newsletter this month, and said the works should be completed by summer 2019.
It said there will be preparatory works on site over the next few months.
The project includes a new village hall, 13 homes, a new nursery and sports pitches.
