NEW plans for a major housing estate in a small village have been unveiled.
A 'Mr N Walker' has applied for planning permission to build 35 homes on land off School Road and Winter Lane in West Hanney.
His planning agent Ken Dijksman said the estate would be 'sensitively designed' and 'use the local character and assets'.
Members of public can see the application online at whitehorsedc.gov.uk using reference number P17/V1368/FUL.
Vale of White Horse District Council is aiming to make a decision by October 6.
