Michael Ruddy, 47, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted causing between £30 and £40-worth of criminal damage by destroying crockery in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on January 24. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £35 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

Simon White, 37, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted stealing a £280 toothbrush from Boots, in Ambassador Avenue, Oxford, on August 26 last year. Also admitted stealing £170-worth of clothing and goods from Ubyk Ltd, in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on August 31 last year. Also admitted stealing two socket sets worth £440 from Halfords, in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on September 16 last year. Also stealing £110-worth of alcohol and underwear from Sainsbury's, in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on September 16 last year. Also admitted stealing £550-worth of clothing from Next, in Ambassador Avenue, Oxford, between October 8 and October 17 last year. Also admitted stealing £112-worth of alcohol from Sainsbury's in Oxford on October 12. Also admitted stealing 18 PS4 games from Sainsbury's, in Heyford Hill, Oxford, on October 18 last year. Also admitted attempting to steal a dash cam from Asda in Oxford on December 26 last year. Also admitted stealing a £100 Blaupunkt television from Sainsbury's, in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on January 25. Also admitted stealing four Dyson vacuum cleaners worth a total of £948 from Sainsbury's, in Witan Way, Witney, on February 12 and February 26. Handed a 20-weeks sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a 12-month drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £2,710 compensation.

Carl Hatch, 40, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing £23 of washing powder tablets from Sainsbury's, in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on February 27. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Tracy Evans, 49, of Willow Road, Ambrosden, admitted fishing or taking fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence by means of a rod and line at Field Farm Fishery, Launton, on June 4 last year. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £127 costs.

Darren Brady, 32, of Erica Close, Oxford, admitted stealing £73.12-worth of meat from Marks and Spencer, in Ambassador Avenue, Oxford, on February 25. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Benjamin Fathers, 26, of Longmead, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Bath Street, Abingdon, on February 11. Had 56mcg of alcohol in 110ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg. Also admitted being the drive of an Audi A3 who failed to stop when required to do so by a constable in the same street on the same date. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 16-month driving ban.

Graham Robert Marsh, 27, of Turner Drive, Oxford, admitted stealing CDs and protein powder to the value of £18.97 belonging to B&M Bargains, Marcham Road, Abingdon. Discharged conditionally for two years. Ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and costs of £85.

Adam James Nash, 38, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a restraining order in Railway Lane in Oxford on February 5 2017. Nash without reasonable excuse banged on windows and shouted, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Nash also admitted breaching the same restraining order at the same location on January 31 2017 and on February 2 2017. The defendant also admitted breaching a restraining order in Chapel Lane, Littlemore, Oxford, on February 3 2017. He also admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 on February 7 2017 in Railway Lane, Oxford. Sentenced to prison for 22 weeks in total for all offences. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Samuel James Richardson, 28, of Foxborough Road, Radley, admitted making off without having paid as required or expected to and with intent to avoid payment at Sainsburys petrol station, Heyford Hill, Littlemore, Oxford on September 26 2016. Richardson, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely £24.01 worth of petrol, was required or expected, dishonestly made off without having paid. Also admitted committing the same offence at the same location on September 18 2016 in which he avoided payment of £46.18. Fined £250. Ordered to pay compensation of £70.19. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Zapata Patricia Robledo, 21, of Freelands Road, Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on February 11 2017 in Hollow Way, Headington. Robledo gave a reading of 44microgrammes in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35microgrammes. Fined £400. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.
