A BLACKBIRD Leys boxing trainer said he had ‘no regrets’ after his phone footage of a couple having sex in a car park went viral.

Kieran Davis, 28, who is the owner-operator of Stamina boxing, streamed the incident at Oxford Retail Park in Cowley on Friday night on Facebook Live. It was viewed 250,000 times and shared 600 times.

Hundreds of people commented on the video and Mr Davis said he removed the footage after being questioned about whether it was legal.

He was also contacted by someone who falsely posed as an Oxford Mail reporter said they were writing a story.

An actual Oxford Mail reporter spoke to Mr Davis last night who defended his actions.

He said: “I don’t regret filming it and putting it on Facebook and I’m hoping it will be a deterrent – they were in the wrong place at the wrong time being exhibitionists and they should have kept it private.”

He said he began streaming the incident after noticing the Vauxhall Corsa moving next to where he was parked near Mothercare.

Mr Davis said he was disgusted the couple were having sex in a public place.

He said: “I knew they were having sex and started filming.

“I told them ‘you are on Facebook live’ and they got out of the car – they were both half undressed.

“They started calling me a pervert and I said ‘you have learned a lesson’.”

The boxing club manager said he was told by someone posting as a reporter that he was going to be questioned by police but said: “I haven’t done anything wrong.”
