A MAN was charged with drink driving following a crash in which a cyclist was injured.
Police and paramedics were called to Banbury Road in Summertown at about 7.15pm yesterday after a car and cyclist collided.
South Central Ambulance Service spokeswoman Michelle Archer said the cyclist was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital, but the severity of injuries was not logged.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said the crash happened at the junction with South Parade near Sainsbury's Local.
She said 64-year-old Malcolm Lock, of Wolsley Road in North Oxford, was today charged with driving a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit.
He was bailed to appear at Oxford Magistrates' Court on April 21.
