Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress at the hospital on the same date. Handed an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.

John Miller, 44, of St Johns Road, Banbury, admitted stealing lager worth £14.98 from Co-operative in Banbury on January 1. Also admitted stealing cans of lager from Midcounties Cooperative, in Ruscote Arcade, Longelandes Way, Banbury on January 2. Also admitted stealing cans of lager worth £17.43 from Londis, in Bradley Arcade, Bretch Hill, Banbury, on January 5. Also admitted stealing four cans of Skol Super worth £9.96 from the same store on January 10. Also admitted stealing a £7 bottle of wine from Tesco, in High Street, Banbury, on January 19. Also admitted stealing a £5 bottle of wine from the same store on January 18. Also admitted driving without third party insurance and driving otherwise in accordance with a licence in Miller Road, Banbury, on September 15 last year. Also admitted drink-driving in the same road on the same date. Had 76 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Handed a community order with a 12-month alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £54.37 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge. Handed a 20-month driving ban.

Arkadiusz Cichecki, 30, of North Street, Banbury, admitted being the driver of a vehicle who failed to stop after a road accident in Bridge Street, Banbury, when injury was caused to another person on September 9, 2015. Also admitted driving without due care and attention in the same street on the same date. Also admitted driving without third party insurance. Fined £930 and ordered to pay an £125 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with 11 points.

Simon Pritchard, 48, of County View, Clifton, admitted being drunk and disorderly at McDonald's, in Beaumont Road, Banbury, on January 23. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Alexandru Varga, 45, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing food worth £17.46 from Tesco Extra, in Lockheed Close, Banbury, on February 7. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15.46 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tina Boswell, 54, of Birmingham Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, was convicted of going equipped for theft, by having a magnet and curved metal item with her for use in the course of or in connection with theft, in Bicester on June 3 last year. Handed an 18-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a 12-week curfew requirement. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Ian Peter Wilson, 30, The Magnolias, Bicester, admitted driving a motor vehicle in Lords Lane, Bicester, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence on October 28 2016. Community order made. Alcohol treatment requirement ordered for six months. Ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for six months.

Shawn Robinson, 33, of Hastings Close, Banbury, admitted criminal damage to property valued under £5000. Robinson admitted without lawful excuse, damaging a table of a value unknown belonging to Nichola Robinson intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged on November 17 2016 in Hastings Close, Banbury. Discharged absolutely. Ordered to pay costs of £85.

Victor Munuel Martinez, 42, of St Andrew's Lane, Oxford admitted driving a motor vehicle above the alcohol limit in London Road, Headington on January 22 2017. Martinez gave a reading of 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fined £120. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months.

David John James, 46, of Bodley Place, Oxford, admitted stealing meat to the value of £50 belonging to Co-op in old Marston Road on September 26 2016. Also admitted stealing meat to the value of £75.20 belonging to Co-op in London Road, Headington, on September 27 2016. James admitted stealing confectionary to the value of £24.72 belonging to BP Express, in Woodstock Road, on October 5 2016. He also admitted stealing meat to the value of £35 belonging to BP Express in the same location on October 20 2016. Discharged conditionally for 12 months for all offences. Order to pay compensation of £429.72.

Walter Kinuthia, 29, of Barton Road, Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit in Park Road, Oxford, on January 23 2017. Kinuthia gave a reading of 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made.
