Jake Hall, 21, of Bassett Road, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions and rehabilitation activity requirement sessions, and failing to keep in touch with his responsible officer between November 29 and December 6 last year. Fined £100.

Mark Thorne, 50, of Clarks House, Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to remain at a specified address from December 16 to December 19 last year. Fined £25.

Janet Crombie, 62, of The Shrublands, West Pottergate, Norwich, admitted having control of or managing a house in multiple occupation (HMO), which was 37 St Mary's Road, Oxford, which was not licensed on or about June 20 last year. Also admitted failing to comply with HMO regulations by failing to ensure her name, address and telephone number were clearly displayed in a prominent place in the HMO. Also admitted failing to comply with the regualtions by failing to take all measures as were reasonably required to protect the occupiers from injury. Also admitted failing to comply with the regulations by failing to ensure that the common parts of the HMO were maintained in good and clean decorative repair. Also admitted failing to comply with the regulations by failing to ensure that each part used as living accommodation of the HMO's internal structure was maintained in good repair. Fined £600 and ordered to pay £650 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

Alan McDowell, 26, of Wigod Way, Wallingford, admitted assault on November 27 last year. Also admitted assaulting two constables in the execution of their duty at Abingdon Police Station, Colwell Drive, Abingdon, on the same date. Also admitted a second charge of assault on the same date. Fined £395 and ordered to pay £400 compensation, £300 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Made subject to a restraining order.

Stefan Cobb, 23, of Darrell Way, Abingdon, admitted stealing a £23 leg of lamb from a Waitrose Store in Abingdon, on November 28 last year. Also stealing three bottles of Teachers Whiskey worth £38.97 from B&M Stores Ltd, in Abingdon, on January 18. Handed a community order, with a three-month curfew requirement, a six-month drug rehabilitation activity requirement an a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £23 compensation and £62 costs.

Ashley Haynes, 29, of Dorchester Close, Northolt, Ealing, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on September 11 last year. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Leona Kopcova, 39, of Warneford Road, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting Zakariyas Muhammed by beating him in Oxford between March 14 and 19, 2016. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £775 costs.

Roger Radburn, 41, of Marston Street, Oxford, admitted criminally damaging a window in Marston Street, Oxford, belonging to Julien Housing on January 20. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Darren Hasson-Davis, 33, of Pauling Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in St Aldate's, Oxford, on January 1. Had 49 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £460 and ordered to pay a £46 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Holly Khoury, 26, of Coopers Lane, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Abingdon, on December 15. Had 41 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £362 and ordered to pay a £37 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Sophie Muncaster, 42, of Highfield Close, Thame, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Thame, on December 31. Had 73 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 17 months.

Rhys Phillips, 33, of Godfrey Close, Wood Farm, Headington, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, at Nursery Close, Botley, on January 14. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Omar Ali, 49, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted stealing £97.46p worth of hair products from Boots in Oxford on December 3. Given a community order requiring rehabilitation treatment for up to 25 days and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Clifford Edwards, 59, of Harvest Way, Witney, admitted failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions and West Oxfordshire District Council of savings which would affect his entitlement to benefits between November 2013 and October 2015. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Maria Bianchini, 51, of Gardiner Street, Oxford, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 20mph zone on Morrell Avenue, Oxford, on February 22, 2016. Fined £225 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £500 costs. Driving licence endorsed with four points.
