Thomas Mooring, 19, of Tyrrells Way, Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, admitted assaulting James Kaye by beating him in Abingdon on December 22 last year. Handed a community order with a three-month curfew. Ordered to pay £500 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also excluded from The Narrows, 25 High Street, Abingdon, for 12 months.

Jack Green, 23, of Jackman Close, Abingdon, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Jordon Perry with intent to cause him to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Fisher Row, Oxford, on August 29 last year. Handed a community order with a three-month curfew. Ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.

Lee Bromley, 40, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing fragrances worth £62.50 from Boots, in in Castle Quay, Banbury, on January 8. Also admitted stealing a £55 jacket from Marks and Spencer, in Bridge Street, Banbury, on the same date. Jailed for 28 days and ordered to pay an £115 victim surcharge.

Jason Milligan, 34, of Cunliffe Close, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A34 Oxford on December 11 last year. Had 50 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted failing to stop after an accident on the A34, when damage was caused to another vehicle, on the same date. Fined £1,000 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a three-year driving ban.

William Aitken, 29, of Coulings Close, East Hendred, Wantage, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Place, Wantage, on December 23 last year. Also admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty in Wantage on the same date. Fined £240 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Saqab Dogar, 26, of Tawney Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting Simone Lal in Tawney Street, Oxford, on April 2 last year. Handed a community order, with a 160-hour unpaid work requirement. Made subject to a restraining order and must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £650 costs.

Wesley Gilbert, 36, of Owens Way, Temple Cowley, Oxford, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £312 belonging to Marco Lorenzana and a bicycle worth £360 belonging to Jonathan Davies in Oxford on October 18 last year. Also admitted stealing £200-worth of electric toothbrushes belonging to Wilko, in Oxford, on October 20 last year. Also admitted stealing three boxes of fragrances worth £177 from Boots, in Oxford, on November 12 last year. Also admitted stealing eight jackets and two cardigans worth £966 belonging to Next, in Oxford, on November 19 last year. Also admitted stealing £149-worth of electrical items from Boots, in Oxford, on November 26 last year. Also admitted stealing an electrical items and two fragrances worth £112 from Boots, in Oxford, on November 27 last year. Also admitted stealing a £25 red suitcase from Wilko, in Oxford, on January 8. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Jailed for 24 weeks and ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Jordan Karl Albert Moore, 20, of Station Approach, Grimsbury, Banbury, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on November 25 2016, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on November 11 2016 at Banbury Police Station. Fined £100. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £35.

Jacob Valentine Chambers, 27, of James Street, Cowley, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend supervision on November 3 106 and November 18 2016. Fined £50.

David Lewis Wright, 26, of Heather Road, Milton, Abingdon, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on August 19 2016 by failing without reasonable excuse to attend a rehabilitation activity requirement on October 20 2016 and November 10 2016. He also failed to keep in touch with the responsible officer by failing to provide evidence as instructed in respect of the above failures. The community order was made for an offence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked on August 19 2016 in Didcot. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Kathleen Susan Denton, 58, Badgers Walk, Cowley, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following the release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a supervision order on November 21 2016, November 28 2016 and December 15 2016 by failing to attend. Fined £50.

Sophie Eastwood, 23, of Church Lane, Longworth, was convicted in her absence of being the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 when it did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act on June 16 2016 in Didcot. Fined £220. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £110.
