A BURGLAR with an apparent penchant for the finer things in life stole champagne and a picnic basket during a break-in.
Thames Valley Police appealed for information today after a home in Water Eaton Road in North Oxford was raided.
A burglar forced open a kitchen window and clambered inside between 8.30am and 5.30pm yesterday.
A wicker basket was snatched along with three bottles of champagne, an iPad and a clock radio.
