Letter: Why do we send aid to those suffering famine?
IT WOULD appear that our politicians are not at all interested in the population of our country.
They tell us there is no money for the NHS, in fact there is no money full stop, and then on the radio this morning I hear that we are sending £200m to Africa for famine relief.
Surely charity should begin at home and then if there is anything over perhaps that could be donated.
