A WARNING of very strong winds has been issued for Oxfordshire as Storm Doris is expected to surge in from the Atlantic on Thursday.
As a result gusts of 50-60mph are expected across the county and the MetOffice has warned of the likely diruption to travel services.
The yellow weather warning said strong winds are expected to make their way to the county from 6am on Thursday and the forecast also predicts heavy rain.
