THE value of higher education in the 21st century will be discussed by an eminent philosopher at d’Overbroeck’s.
Professor A.C. Grayling, master of the New College of Humanities, will visit the North Oxford school on Friday.
Prof Grayling’s talk will be followed by a question and answer session and the school is expecting a full house.
Last month the philosopher visited Headington School to speak to girls as part of the school’s regular philosophy cafe events.
On that occasion he spoke about the ‘post-truth’ world and discussed the concept with pupils.
