OXFORD

Daniella Vladimir, 40, of Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted ringing Thames Valley Police and the Metropolitan Police, without reasonable excuse and when there was no genuine emergency, which she was prohibited from doing by a restraining order, in Oxford on January 11. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Jamie Clark, 27, of HMP Bullingdon, Patrick Haugh Road, Bicester, admitted stealing a bicycle worth £700 belonging to Rachel Pearson in Oxford on November 22 last year. Also admitted stealing a bicycle worth £160 belonging to Christopher Harrison in Oxford on November 17 last year. Also admitted stealing a bicycle worth £800 belonging to Kevin Freeman in Oxford on November 29 last year. Jailed for 12 weeks and ordered to pay £150 compensation.

Marcus Keady, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing 10 tubes of paint from Pen to Paper, in Banbury Road, Oxford, on September 30 last year. Also admitted begging in Broad Street, Oxford, on November 2 last year. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on November 18 last year. Also admitted stealing meat worth a total of £200 from Marks and Spencers in Oxford on December 18 and December 19 last year. Also admitted stealing meat worth £77.33 from Co-op, in Walton Street, Oxford, and admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, both in Oxford on December 24 last year. Also admitted stealing Lego worth £101.73 from Toys R Us on January 1. Jailed for 14 weeks and ordered to pay £120 compensation.

Louie Withers, 28, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, harassing Elesa Macdonagh in Oxford between September 6 and September 30 last year. Also admitted harassing Amanda Withers and putting her in fear of violence by sending numerous threatening text messages to her and being verbally abusive in Oxford between October 29 and October 31 last year. Also admitted assaulting Amanda Withers in Oxford on October 29 last year. Also admitted driving otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without third party insurance in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on November 8 last year. Jailed for 12 weeks and made subject to two restraining orders. Fined £100, must pay a £115 victim surcharge, and driving licence endorsed with six points.

David Andrew Brandish, 31, of Saxon Way, Headington, Oxford, admitted assaulting Nicole Blanco, thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm on November 13 2016 in Abingdon. Sentenced to 16 weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months. Programme requirement ordered as well as a rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. Restraining order made for the defendant not to contact directly or indirectly Nicole Blanco. Ordered to pay compensation of £400 and costs of £85. 

Steven Mark Raymond Cox, 40, of Dibleys, Blewbury, Didcot, admitted a charge of harassment without violence in Blewbury between October 7 2016 and December 8 2016. Cox sent multiple messages, Whatsapp messages and emails to the victim, a woman, despite her asking him to stop. Also guilty of committing a further offences during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made my Oxford Magistrates' Court on November 3 2016 for an offence of assault by beating. Community order made. Restraining order made. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85. Sentenced to two months imprisonment suspended for 24 imposed. Defendant must take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement for 35 days.

Kevin Andrew McCarthy, 22, of Westbrook, Faringdon, admitted breaching the requirements of a suspended sentence. The defendant failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 14 2016 by failing to attend drug rehabilitation on June 23 2016, June 28 2016 and July 19 2016. Also failed to attend rehabilitation activity requirement on July 7 2016. Sentence of four months imprisonment suspended for 24 months imposed.

Peter Cameron Pennington, 32, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, admitted stealing two bags of Nescafé coffee to the value of £9.18 belonging to Midcounties Co-op Ltd in Oxford on October 5 2016. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40. 

BANBURY

Jacob Hedley, 41, of St Johns House, St Johns Road, Banbury, admitted stealing tights, pants and a dress worth £22.50 from Tesco, in Lockheed Close, Banbury, on May 25 last year. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Marian-Georghe Mihoreanu, 30, of Mount Street, Walsall, admitted stealing aftershave and perfume worth £586 from Debenhams, in Castle Quay, Banbury, on December 29 last year. Handed a four-week sentence, suspended for six months, and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
