Mark Pawley, 24, of Churchill Road, Bicester, admitted possessing 3.75g of cocaine and diamorphine, both class A drugs, in Banbury on September 8 last year. Also admitted stealing alcohol worth £27 from Midcounties Co-op, in Bassett Avenue, Bicester, on November 8 last year. Handed a community order with a six-month alcohol treatment requirement. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Albert Parker, 42, of no fixed abode, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Bridge Street, Banbury, on December 15 last year. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

Andrew Reynolds, 53, of Pemscott Close, Alvescot, Oxfordshire, admitted possessing 10 shot gun cartridges without a certificate in Alvescot, Oxfordshire, on December 15 last year. Also admitted possessing a shotgun with a certificate on the same date. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

Jeffrey Ball, 57, of Harlech Close, Banbury, admitted stealing fragrances worth less than £200, with John Miller, from Boots at Banbury Cross Retail Park, Lockheed Close, Banbury, on January 3. Fined £93 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

Todd Shayler, 27, of Raymond Road, Bicester, was convicted of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause PC James Dunkley to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against him, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him, in Bicester on June 24 last year. Handed a community order with a 150-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £300 costs.

Carl Austin, 29, of Brome Way, Carterton, admitted assaulting Mark Wollage, causing him actual bodily harm, in Carterton on February 6 last year. Handed a community order, with an 100-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Goddard, 24, of Chetwode, Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Moo Moo, High Street, Banbury, on November 20. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Max Kirkwood, 21, of Queens Road, Banbury, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by not attending rehabilitation activity requirement sessions on November 22, November 29 and December 12 last year. Fined £55.

Mircea Musat, 36, of Cornish Road, Chipping Norton, admitted drink-driving in Edward Stone Rose, Chipping Norton, on December 11 last year. Had 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £235 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 20-month driving ban.

OXFORD

Gary Evans, 58, of Meadow Prospect, Oxford, admitted stealing meat, crisps and mussels worth £7.50 from Tesco Metro in Magdalen Street, Oxford, on November 1. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Simon Hallewell, 33, of Marlborough Gardens, Faringdon, admitted possessing ketamine, a class B drug, in Faringdon on September 29. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

William Stevens, 26, of Lockway, Drayton, admitted obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on October 1. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Esther Whitaker, 19, of Furlong Close, Oxford, admitted obstructing a police constable in the execution of his duty in Oxford on December 13 and possessing a quantity of herbal cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford on the same date. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and a £40 fine.

Michael Hogan, 26, of The Park, Harwell, convicted of harassing a woman in Grove by sending her multiple Facebook messages and visiting her home address on various occasions when not requested between August 4 and August 11. Also convicted of driving without insurance or a licence  in Andersey Way, Abingdon, on August 18 and of failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 7 and November 21. Jailed for a total of 14 weeks and made subject to a restraining order. Ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Mabel Boon, 41, of Horspath Road, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £25 from Sainsbury’s in Between Towns Road, Oxford, on December 15. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Shane Prothero, 39, of Allnatt Avenue, Wallingford, admitted damaging a window to the value of £15.50 in The Coach and Horses, Kinecroft, Wallingford, on November 24. Fined £80 and ordered to pay £15.50 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Numann Khan, 20, of Church Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted damaging a Volkswagen Transporter van at Templars Retail Park in Cowley on October 16. Fined £160 and ordered to pay £540 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Stuart Morris, 36, of Stonehouse Crescent, Radley, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Radley on June 13. Ordered to take part in alcohol dependency treatment for 12 months and participate in a rehabilitation programme for 30 days and to pay £50 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
