Peter James Durham, 61, of Orchard Road, Oxford, admitted an offence of harassment due to, without reasonable excuse, making contact with two people, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order on November 9 2016 in Hurst Lane, Cumnor. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order which was imposed for a period of two years on April 4 2016. Sentenced to 14 weeks imprisonment suspended for 15 months. New two-year restraining order made for the defendant not to contact three people directly or indirectly or to attend Mathew Arnold School. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115 and costs of £85.

Karl Edward George Doman, 32, of Regal Close, Abingdon, admitted an offence of harassment by breaching a restraining order. Between October 29 2016 and December 12 2016 in Regal Close, Abingdon, Doman, without reasonable excuse, contacted Lisa Bell by telephone on four occasions which he was prohibited from doing. Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement ordered for 15 days as well as 50 hours of unpaid work to be carried out over the next 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Michael Carroll, 56, of Cromwell Drive, Didcot, admitted driving a motor vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit on November 11 2016 in Wessex Road, Didcot. Carroll gave a reading of 52mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg. Fined £460. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.

Robert Fallaize, 21, of Talbot Close, Harwell, Didcot, admitted driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit on October 24 2016 in Barrow Road, Shippon, Abingdon. Fallaize had 5.7ug/l of tetahyrocannabinol and 45 ug/l of THC acid in his blood. Fined £200. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Alice Rita Hobbs, 37, of Harcourt Road, Wantage, admitted assaulting Keith Salter by beating him in Maryfield, Wantage on December 2 2016. Also admitted two charges of assaulting a police constable in the execution of his/her duty on December 10 2016 at Abingdon Police Station. Sentenced to 60 days imprisonment suspended for six months as well as 14 days concurrent suspended for six months for the two offences of assaulting two police officers.

James Stephen Turner, 36, of Walker Drive, Faringdon, admitted assaulting Emma Partridge in Faringdon on August 21 by beating her. Community order made. Defendant ordered to take part in a programme requirement for 30 days and rehabilitation requirement for 25 days. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £400.

Simon Paul Curry, 32, of Hubble Close, Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit in Margaret Road, Headington, Oxford, on November 2 2016. Curry gave an alcohol reading of 75mg in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg. Fined £550. ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 22 months.

Connor Jackson, 18, of Wynbush Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on November 5 and damaging a police cell to a value of under £5,000 in Abingdon police station on the same date. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and £75 compensation.

Krisztian Paldi, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two mobile phones and two bank cards from from two women in The Purple Turtle, Frewin Court, Oxford, on September 3. Sent to a young offenders institution for 21 days and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Trystan Sawyer-Kinch, 18, of Verbena Way, Oxford, admitted, jointly with another, allowing himself to be driven in an Audi that he knew had been taken without the consent of the owner while it was being driven dangerously in Grenoble Road, Oxford, on October 20. Also admitted stealing a TomTom sat nav of an unknown value from a vehicle, jointly with another, on the same date in Toot Baldon. Ordered to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 35 days and to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 12 months.

John Speed, 40, of Gable End, Hatford, Faringdon, admitted stealing £3,500 in cash from the till and £500 of goods belonging to Rides on Air, his employer, in Wallingford between April 1 and September 20. Sentenced to 26 weeks in prison suspended for two years and ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. Ordered to pay £4,000 compensation.

Denise King, 28, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing perfume worth £160 from Debenhams in Banbury on November 17. Jailed for 42 days and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Christopher Newitt, 28, of Rookery Court, Didcot, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Rookery Court, Didcot, on November 2 and committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs and a £40 fine.

Sonia Raj, 32, of Cromwell Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a police officer by beating him in Luther Street, Oxford, on October 13 and failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on November 15. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Philip Chewings, 30, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing without reasonable excuse to attend for unpaid work on November 6 and November 13. Fined £50.

Chloe Fisher, 19, of Sorrell Road, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing without reasonable excuse to attend for unpaid work on November 12 and November 19. Fined £60.

James Lewis, 20, of Shelley Road, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on October 27 and November 3. Fined £50.

Aiden Lee, 18, of Bayswater Road, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle dangerously in Priory Road, Minchery Road, Grange Road, Giles Road, Champion Way, Cowley Road, Sandford Road, Henley Road, the A3074, the A423 Southern Bypass and Abingdon Road on August 30. Also admitted failing to stop when required by a constable, driving without a licence and driving without insurance on the same date. Required to take part in a rehabilitation course and to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 18 months.

James Salter, 52, of Walton Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Wallingford on October 29. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Harding, 34, of Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman via Facebook in Padbury on October 30. Jailed for 10 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Elliott Harper, 21, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without insurance in London Road, Headington, on October 16. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Jeffery Robert Burgess, 23 of Tristram Road, Ducklington, Witney, admitted using a motor vehicle on a road or in a public place without third party insurance on March 5 2016. Also admitted driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence on the same day. Fined £300. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.
