GIRLS at Headington School were given advice by a former deputy prime minister.
Lord Heseltine, a former Henley MP, spoke at the school on Friday about his childhood, education and his career in business and politics.
Lord Heseltine, who was accompanied by his wife, had tea with sixth formers before the speech.
Afterwards they were able to ask questions, many of them themed around Brexit, the state of the Conservative Party, Syria, and Donald Trump.
He told the girls to seize every opportunity and shape them into what they want them to be.
