Home linked with drug production given closure order
POLICE have been given a closure order for a home linked with illegal drug production.
Thames Valley Police have received the ban for the property in the Glebe, Culham near Abingdon.
It comes after a series of incidents of anti-social behaviour linked to the cultivation of drugs.
Investigating officer PC Russ Massie of Didcot Local Area CID said: "Thames Valley Police have worked closely with South Oxfordshire District Council and South Oxfordshire Housing Association to secure a premises closure order.
"Persistent anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and those that seek to profit from the cultivation and supply of drugs can expect robust action to be taken against them."
