Lane closed due to broken down vehicle on M40
ALL lanes have now reopened after a broken down vehicle changed its tyre on M40.
For about 30 minutes this afternoon the northbound lane between Junction 8A A418 Oxford and Junction 9 A34/A41 Bicester was closed.
Now all lanes have re-opened.
