Mark Needham, 38, of Heron Lane, Great Western Park, Didcot, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence order by not attending unpaid work sessions on August 16 and August 18. Fined £100.

Craig McNulty, 51, of Croft Road, Marston, Oxford, admitted stealing five bottles of champagne worth £140.50 belonging to Marks and Spencers, Oxford, on April 30. Also admitted stealing goods worth £44.98 from W H Smith, Oxford, on the same date. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £185.48 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Edward Ross, 29, of Rivermead Road, Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Worcester Street, Oxford, on September 7. Had 59 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of £35 micrograms. Fined £835 and ordered to pay an £84 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Shaun Smith, of O'Hanlon House, Luther Street, Oxford, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to sign the sex offenders register in Witney on July 4. Handed a community order with a 120-hour unpaid work requirement. Also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Graham Woollett, 41, of Clarks House, Clarks Row, Oxford, admitted burgling the biochemistry department at the University of Oxford by stealing a purse in South Parks Road, Oxford, on September 22. Handed a 14-week sentence and ordered to pay an £115-victim surcharge.

Charles Young, 31, of The Old Bakery, Letcombe Regis, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Cow Lane, Longworth, Abingdon, on September 9. Richard Preston, 37, of Milton Road, Sutton Courtenay, Abingdon, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka worth £38 from Tesco, Magdalen Street, Oxford, on September 8. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

Theo Armon-Jones, 21, of Waterside House, Wallingford, admitted resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Wallingford on July 18. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £75 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Rui Helder Dasilva Nobrega, 33, of Cherry Close, Oxford was convicted in his absence for exceeding the speed limit of 70mph in an Audi in Great Milton on December 4 2015. The speed recorded was 98mph. Fined £440, ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £44 and to pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Anthony Shorrock, 55, of Cumnor Hill, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in a public place without due care or attention on September 11 last year. Fined £100. Ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £20 and to pay costs of £85. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Claire Thewlis, 42, of Bridge Street, Abingdon, was convicted in her absence to driving a motor vehicle in Marsham Road without third party insurance on December 12. Fined £660. Tomasz Augustynowicz, 35, of Blenheim Close, Didcot, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman by beating her on on September 5 2016. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Steven David Marsh, 26, of Rose Hill, Oxford, pleaded guilty to disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress and without the consent of the individual who appeared in the photograph or film on June 1 2016. Community order made until September 21 2017. Must carry out 60 hours unpaid work within 12 months. Ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Shaun Daniel Mullee, 35, of Sawpit Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to without lawful excuse, destroying a mobile phone to the value of £120 belonging to Amy Prior, by intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged on August 9 2016. Fined £150. Ordered to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £30 and costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Also pleaded guilty on the same day to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. Fined £150.
