Man charged in connection with bomb hoax in Oxford
POLICE have charged a 56-year-old man in connection with a bomb hoax.
Edward McKenna, of Dunnock Way, Blackbird Leys, was charged on Monday with one count of bomb hoax – communicating false information.
The charge relates to an incident on August 7 at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Headington.
McKenna was arrested on August 7, charged by postal requisition and is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 26.
