Also admitted stealing a £60 bottle of perfume from Debenhams, Oxford, on August 19, and committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Handed a 20-week sentence and ordered to pay £262 compensation.

James Lal, 56, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage at The Boat Centre, Nags Head Island, Bridge Street, Abingdon, by damaging a window worth £200. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation.

Madelaine Machin, 23, of Nurseries Road, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in Banbury Road, Oxford, on July 17. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of blood, exceeding the limit of 80 micrograms. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Ann Rooney, 30, of Field Avenue, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted stealing hair brushes worth £79.98 from Boots, Cowley Road, Oxford, on August 19. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £25 costs.

Keith Grehan, 37, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, Wallingford, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis at Abingdon Police Station on May 5. Also admitted driving whilst disqualified in Fane Drive, Berinsfield, on May 5.

Handed a 12-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also admitted driving without third party insurance. Also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a three-year driving ban.

Eamonn Anderson, 56, of Salter Close, Oxford, admitted stealing handbags worth £776 from Debenhams, Oxford, on August 18. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence order. Handed a 12-week sentence and ordered to pat a £115 victim surcharge.

Benjamin Joy, 32, of Welles House, Angus Court, Thame, admitted failed to attend for an drug assessment at Turning Point, Rectory Road, Oxford, on June 23. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Jed Denton, 23, of Underhill Circus, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, in Oxford, on May 14. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Goodwin, 51, of no fixed abode, was convicted in his absence of breaching an anti-social behaviour order with reasonable excuse by going to the Chequers Public House, in Oxford, which he was prohibited from doing. Fined £50.

Richard Jones, 54, of Foresters Tower, Wood Farm, Oxford, admitted exposing himself at Matthew Wigglesworth House, Windmill Road, Oxford, intending someone would see and be caused alarm or distress on April 14. Handed a community order with a programme requirement, rehabilitation activity requirement and a 120-hour unpaid work requirement. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £250 costs.

Hamid Abdul, 36, Cumberland Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A40 London Road in Thame on June 4. Had 93 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood over the 80mg legal limit. Fined £450 and ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £375 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months, obligatory to the offence.

BANBURY

Claire Powell, 38, of Edinburgh Close, Banbury, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to cause fear of unlawful violence in Edinburgh Close on June 26. Also admitted assaulting a man by beating him on the same occasion. Given a community order requiring rehabilitation treatment for up to 25 days and ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kyle Martin, 22, of Eynsham Road, Freeland, was convicted of assaulting Alex Weaving by beating him in Witney on March 26. Given a community order requiring rehabilitation treatment for up to 25 days and ordered to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work in the next year. Also ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £750 costs and given a restraining order against the victim until August 2017.

Ewan Fraser, 31, of Hermitage Road, Abingdon, was convicted of drink-driving on Buckland Road in Bampton on June 1. Had 78 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £600 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 20 months.

Adam Burchell, 20, of Bourne Lane, Hook Norton, admitted drink-driving on Sibford Road, Hook Norton, on August 17. Had 89 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £180 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 22 months.

Mark Hunt, 39, of Woodgreen, Cropredy, admitted drink-driving on Williamscott Hill, Banbury, on August 18. Had 79 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £1,130 and ordered to pay a £113 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 19 months.

Tara Illingworth, 39, of Moorfield Court, West Street, Banbury, admitted, together with Joseph Santos, stealing three boxes of red wine worth a total of £45 from Tesco Express in Banbury on July 9. Also admitted stealing £104 worth of children's clothing from Marks and Spencer in Banbury on April 2, Sent to prison for 14 days because a string of similar offences were committed while on bail. Also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sam Jackson, 22, of Calthorpe Street, Banbury, admitted driving while high on cannabis on Farmfield Road, Banbury, on July 12. Had 7 micrograms of Detla-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in the blood. Fined £210 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months.

Had 67 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £110 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months.
