SANDESH PAUSKAR, 28, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, admitted driving in Hollow Way, Oxford, without insurance on December 13, 2015. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

BRUCE PODMORE, 52, of Vicarage Lane, Piddington, near Bicester, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone on the B4011 at Oakley on September 5, 2015. Fined £140 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

PAUL BEST, 59, of Thornley Close, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone on the A415 at Abingdon on October 4, 2015. Fined £220 and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

PAUL CRAIGEN, 68, of The Green South, Warborough, admitted speeding in a 30mph zone on the A4074 Portway in Crowmarsh Gifford on February 16. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

HICHEM ABADOU, 37, of Windrush House, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on June 30. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

CHLOE FISHER, 19, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, admitted disclosing a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of a man who appeared in it, with the intention of causing him distress in Oxford on May 23. Ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and to pay an £85 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

SIMON SMITH, 44, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Abingdon police station on August 24. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £30 compensation and £35 costs.

DANIEL WELCH, 19, of Synderford Close, Didcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place outside the Broadways Pub in Didcot on May 21. Also admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on June 21. Fined a total of £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

DAVID WILLIAMS, 54, of North Place, Oxford, convicted of two counts of being present in Alice Smith Square in Oxford on June 21, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. Ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work and to pay an £85 victims’ surcharge and £775 costs.

JAMIE CLARK, 26, of Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted fraud by false representation in Tesco in St Aldates on August 10 by using a debit card belonging to someone else and buying goods worth £79.57. Also admitted a second count of fraud by false representation by using the debit card to withdraw £300 in cash from an ATM in New Road, Oxford, on the same date. Further admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. Jailed for a total of 12 weeks and ordered to pay £379.57 compensation.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

JAMES GREEN, 18, of Meadow View, Witney, admitted possessing benzodiazepine, a class-C drug, in Witney, on June 18. Handed a nine-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

MATTHEW CLARIDGE, 28, of New Yatt Road, Witney, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Oxford Hill, Witney, on July 30. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

THOMAS JACKSON, 20, of The Village Close, Upper Arncott, Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis, a class-B drug, in Bicester on May 19. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £120 and told to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

DANIEL LEWIS, 20, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol worth £21 from Tesco Extra, in Lockheed Close, Banbury, on July 30. Given 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay a £20 victim surcharge.

COLIN MITCHELL, 36, of Holliers Crescent, Middle Barton, Chipping Norton, admitted drug-driving in Middle Barton on June 30. Had 632 micrograms of Diazepam in his blood, exceeding the limit of 550 micrograms. Fined £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Given 12-month driving ban.

CHRISTOPHER ROUSE, 33, of Oaksview Park, Murcott, admitted possessing heroin, a class-A drug, in Piggy Lane, Bicester, on July 8. Fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BENJAMIN TAYLOR, 26, of Garden Lodge, Ducklington Lane, Witney, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Corn Street, Witney on July 17. Also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of their duty in Corn Street, Witney. Also admitted assaulting Elliot Taylor by beating him in Witney on June 12. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order. Fined £335 and ordered to pay £200 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

GARY WICKENS, 34, of Leach Road, Bicester, admitted stealing food and drink from Co-op, in Buckingham Road, Bicester, on June 19. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with supervision requirements after being released from prison and failed to notify or seek permission to change address. Fined £130 and ordered to pay £5 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs
