ANOTHER problem with bin collections is having a knock-on effect across the whole of West Oxfordshire, the district council has said.
Last week the council reported "several issues" being caused by staff shortages that saw residential waste bins emptied a day late.
In a statement released today, it said: "Sorry, we're currently experiencing issues with our bin collections.
"Crews will return as soon as possible to collect any bins they have missed - usually the following day.
"If you have any bins or boxes on order, we will get these to you as soon as possible."
Crews will be in Bampton and Thornley Leys, Deer Park and the Smiths Estate in Witney to collect and garden waste and recycling missed yesterday.
Collections will take place one day later than normal across the district following the Bank Holiday weekend and will return to normal from Monday, September 5.
Any bins not collected the following day should be reported as a missed collection on westoxon.gov.uk/bins
