Residents in Oxford are unable to use some services on the Oxford City Council website after a power failure.
A message has been placed on the website warning users of issues and encouraging residents to phone the council offices if they need any assistance.
Services facing difficulties include reporting housing repairs, viewing and commenting on planning applications, submitting Land Charges searches and licensing applications.
Council spokesman Carl Wellham said they were hoping to have services back up by this afternoon.
He also reassured residents that if they were unable to complete any payments to the council because of the website problems, they will not incur any fines and will instead be able to pay when all services are back up and running.
