BANBURY

Stuart Gaskins, 34, of Green Road, Headington, was convicted in his absence of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 Oxford on February 14. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £72.50 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Vicky Gudgeon, 28, of Bramble Bank, Witney, was convicted in her absence of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 Oxford on March 9. Fined £220 and and ordered to pay £66.25 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Kevin Hynds, 57, of, Weston Road, Lewknor, Watlington, was convicted in his absence of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 Oxford on December 28 last year. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a £75 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Matthew Townsend, 18, of Warwick Road, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a class B drug, with intent to supply, in Banbury on February 11. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

John Kerr, 57, of Park View, Crowmarsh Gifford, was convicted in his absence of driving an unlicensed vehicle on the A40 Oxford on February 13. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £90 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

James Head, 63, of Sefton Road, Oxford, convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between June 30 and July 28, to Thames Valley Police. Fined £470 and ordered to pay a £47 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Alexander Shaw, 44, of Vermont Drive, Woodstock, admitted speeding at 64mph in a 50mph zone in Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on August 19. Fined £190 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for six months.

OXFORD

Iulian Danila, 27, of no fixed abode, admitted drink-driving in the A4260 in Banbury on July 29. Had 94 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £735 and ordered to pay a £74 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 24 months.

Mark Kelly, 33, of no fixed abode, admitted damaging the roof of a shed in the rear garden of a property in Barton Lane, Oxford, on July 28. Made subject to a restraining order and fined £400. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
