Happy Friday Oxfordshire!

Here are five things we think you should know about today - August 5 2016.

2) Traffic

Traffic is not looking too bad this morning in the city centre or elsewhere in Oxfordshire.

But any drivers looking to travel southbound on the M40 towards Watlington might be caught in long delays as a caravan has overturned.

Two lanes have been closed and traffic is stretching back.

Keep up to date via our live traffic feed.

3) Weather

It will be a dry and bright start to the day, with spells of warm sunshine.

The day should mostly stay dry but some cloud will build, and this could bring one or two light showers. The maximum temperature is said to be about 24 °C.

4) What's on?

Countryfile Live continues today at Blenheim Palace - day two of the four day event. The show features farming tips, vintage funfairs, woodcutting demonstrations, and more. Visit countryfilelive.com for more.
