FLARE-UPS of anti-social behaviour (ASB) in both residential tower blocks in Blackbird Leys are still being reported, according to Thames Valley Police.
The local neighbourhood policing team said it has been receiving third-hand reports of ASB at Windrush and Evenlode Tower as well as noise complaints from loud music and parties, which is actually dealt with by Oxford City Council's environmental health department.
A statement in the team's monthly newsletter added: "If you are or know of someone who is victim to ASB then we urge you to please contact us so that we can look into the issues and find ways to reduce or diminish them. Don’t suffer in silence."
