Christine Hegarty, 67, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted assaulting Marion Vaughan by beating her in Abingdon on July 14. Also admitted assaulting

Leonard Vaughan by beating him and assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty in Abingdon on July 14. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stuart Nicholson, 39, of James Street, Oxford, admitted entering Sainsbury's in Heyford Hill as a trespasser and stealing a pair of black trousers and a pair of black shoes worth £10 on November 5 last year. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Amy Thorpe, 30, of Ashhurst Way, Oxford, admitted stealing cosmetics worth £362.17 from Boots, Cowley Road, Oxford, on July 15. Handed a four-week sentence.

Luke Berry, 28, of Taylor Close, Faringdon, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Market Place, Wantage, on July 9. Also admitted breaching bail conditions. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £50 costs. 

Dale Hornblow, 24, of Sycamore Way, Didcot, admitted assaulting Suzanne Diamond by beating her in Didcot, between September 9, 2015, and September 30, 2015. Handed a community order, with a rehabilitation activity requirement and an 80-hour unpaid work requirement. Also made subject to a restraining order and told to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Hannah Gillmore, 30, of Court Farm Road, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Milestone Road, Carterton, on July 3. Had 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted drink-driving in Mathews Way, Wootton, Abingdon, on July 8. Had 105 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Handed a community order with a 150-hour unpaid work requirement and a 48-month driving ban. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Moussa Adoum, 32, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted causing criminal damage by damaging a toughened glass shop front window belonging to Tesco Express, in St Aldate's, Oxford, on May 12. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody on May 27 and committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Handed a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement. Fined £50 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £100 costs.

Gary Cook, 36, of Windrush Tower, Knights Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a Pc Gary Wagstaff by beating him in Windrush Tower, Knights Road, Oxford, on June 26. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Crown Court on July 11. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 compensation and £50 costs.

Dexter Thompson, 34, of O'Hanlon House, Oxford, admitted stealing meat worth £71 from BP Garage, in Wolvercote, on May 10. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Handed a four-month sentence, suspended for 18 months, with a drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Fined £115.

Karolina Katarzuna Boruta, 26, of Wheatley Road, Garsington, Oxford, was convicted in her absence driving a Seat car on the A40 which was unlicensed on February 4. Fined £220 and ordered to pay costs of £90.

Vicky Bushby, 33, of Quarry Close, Bloxham, Banbury, was convicted in her absence for keeping a vehicle on a public road which was unlicensed on January 21.
Fined £220. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £38.34 and to pay costs of £90.

Brian Donaldson, of Saxon Way, Headington, Oxford, was convicted in his absence for driving a car on the A40 which was unlicensed on January 25. Fined £440. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £112.50 and to pay costs of £90.

James Ellwood, of West End, Witney, was convicted in his absence for driving a car on the A40 which was unlicensed on January 17. Fined £440. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £54.17 and to pay costs of £90.

Paul Glyn Griffiths, 55, of Barretts Way, Sutton Courtney, Abingdon, pleaded guilty for using a car on the A40 which was unlicensed on October 13 2015. Fined £120. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £56.25 and to pay costs of £90.

Aleksandra Guzin, 28, of Field House Drive, Oxford, was convicted in her absence for using a car on the A40 which was unlicensed on January 18. Fined £220. Ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £5 and costs of £90.
