After another successful year hopes are high that Oxford Eid Extravaganza will become an annual event.
Saturday's festival at Rose Hill Community Centre was the second time it had been held and it once again drew in hundreds of revellers.
Families were able to browse dozens of stalls, try Asian food and cakes and enjoy a range of entertainment.
Lord Mayor of Oxford Mohammed Altaf-Khan was among those who enjoyed the festivities.
Speaking at the extravaganza he said: "I am very impressed and I hope we will have a lot more here than last year.
"I hope that this event stays as an annual event and is successful.
"I hope this group becomes a proper organisation so that they can get funding."
