OXFORD

Michael Aldrige, 28, of Wick Farm, Oxford, admitted destroying the window of Wash and Sew in St Clement’s, Oxford, on June 21. Also admitted possessing eight small bags of cannabis, a Class B drug, on the same occasion. Ordered to pay £1,000 compensation to the shop owner, fined £195 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Adam Claridge, 26, of Highworth Place, Witney, admitted drink-driving on the A415 at Southmoor on June 20. Had 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for 22 months, fined £415 and ordered to pay a £42 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Teresa King, 40, of Divinity Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour to provoke fear of violence at Cowley Road Tesco, Oxford, on July 4. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a ten-week suspended prison sentence made at Oxford Magistrates' Court on June 20 for an offence of theft. Sent to prison for a total of 22 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Curtis Boyce, 29, of Draymans Wharf, Abingdon, admitted stealing a £38 bottle of vodka from Tesco in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on March 12. Also admitted recieving stolen goods, namely a £26.99 bottle of cognac belonging to the BP Garage in Vineyard, Abingdon, on April 3. Given a three-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Alexandria Hothersall, 43, of Milton Road, Sutton Courtenay, near Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Lady Place, Sutton Courtenay, on May 29. Had 104 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Ordered to have nine months of alcohol dependency treatment and pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a driving licence for 36 months.

Stephen McWhinnie, 59, of Druce Way, Blackbird Leys, admitted being the keeper of a dog, an Alsation cross breed called Sheeba, which was dangerously out of control and injured Farhaan Karim. Ordered to keep the dog Sheeba under control, muzzled and on a lead at all times when outside the home address, or else it will be destroyed. Also ordered to pay £500 compensation and £85 costs.

Murtazar Ahmed, 26, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, admitted failing to attend an unpaid work session ordered by Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 7. Fined £75. Order to continue.

Darren Berry, 49, of Reid Place, Upper Heyford, admitted driving on a public road, namely Middleton Stoney Road, Bicester, without insurance on September 16. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Mohamed Borni, 35, of Britannia Road, Banbury, admitted driving on a public road, namely Bloxham Road, Banbury, without a driving licence or a valid MOT certificate on July 18, 2015. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Carl Ellis, 29, of Ardley Road, Fewcott, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Station Road, Quainton, Bucks, on June 29, 2015. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Waldemar Krek, 43, of Overbrook Gardens, Oxford, admitted speeding at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Watlington Road, Oxford, on July 4. Fined £145 and ordered to pay a £20 victims' surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Joshua Quinn, 20, of Pinnocks Way, Botley, admitted failing to attend an unpaid work session on May 31 which was ordered by Oxford Magistrates' Court. Fined £50. Order to continue.

Sarfraz Ali Hussain, 23, of no fixed address, admitted possessing a knuckle duster in a public place, namely Long Lane, Cowley, on June 1. Also admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, on the same occasion. Ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Philemon Kinyanjui, 22, of Lambourn Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at Ladbrokes in Knights Road, Oxford, on May 12. Fined £85 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

BANBURY

Jack Barratt, 35, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted stealing a laptop worth £60 from Cash Converters, and a charity box from Co-op, both in Banbury, on May 21. Also admitted stealing a charity box from Co-op, in Banbury, on September 29 last year. Ordered to pay £80 compensation.

Matthew Dunne, 34, of Harefields, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A41 Wendlebury on June 11. Had 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £550 and ordered to pay a £55 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 15-month driving ban.

Linda Loveridge, 33, of Walterbush Road, Chipping Norton, admitted stealing Lanson champagne worth £21.99 from Co-operative Store, in Milton Under Wychwood, on February 14. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £21.99 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

Had 41 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Colin Moore, 61, of Keys Court, School Lane, Banbury, admitted failing to notify Cherwell District Council he was in employment, affecting his entitlement to council tax benefit and housing benefit, between March 29, 2010, and June 29, 2014. Handed a community order with a three-month curfew. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

David Trovao, 35, of Winters Way, Bloxham, admitted drink-driving on the A41 Oxford Road, Bicester, on June 12. Had 83 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £450 and ordered to pay a £45 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 20-month driving ban.

Tammy Baird, 35, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted stealing a container of protein shake worth £29.99 from Natural Health Store, George Street, Banbury, on June 6. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £29.99 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.
