Malcolm Plaisted, 29, of Walterbush Road, Chipping Norton, admitted stealing £70-worth of meat and £67.47 worth of cheese from Midcounties Cooperative Ltd, in Oxford, on July 7. Also admitted committing an offence whilst subject to a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence of 16-weeks imposed.

Daniel Walsh, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to sign the sex offenders register on July 7. Fined £75 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Francis Boyle, 63, of New Beveridge House, Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Wood Farm Road, Oxford, on June 16. Handed a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £40 costs.

James Howkins, 31, of Frederick Road, Cowley, admitted possessing 0.92g of diamorphine and 1.l47g of crack cocaine, both class A drugs, in Oxford on May 12. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Ives, 21, of Coniston Avenue, Oxford, admitted drug-driving in St Thomas Street, Oxford, on May 8. Had a proportion of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood, exceeding the limit of 7.0 micrograms. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 12-month driving ban.

Mitchell White, 19, of Atkinson Close, Headington, admitted using threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke unlawful violence at the Kassam Stadium, in Grenoble Road, Oxford, on June 2. Handed a community order, with 100 hours unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also handed a five-year football banning order.

Adam Nash, 38, of Chillingworth Crescent, Wood Farm, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of Jack Daniels and a bottle of Grey Goose, worth £56 from Sainsbury's in Templars Shopping Park, Oxford, on April 25. Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. Convicted of stealing a pedal cycle worth £2,000 from Sainsbury's on April 25. Handed a 12-week sentence and ordered to pay £1,000 compensation and a £115 victim surcharge.

Robert Stephens, 24, of Clarks House, Clarks Row, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting Inigo Lapwood by beating him on the towpath under Folly Bridge, Oxford, on May 30. Handed a three-month sentence and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Warren Sims, 51, of Mill Court, Windmill Road, Oxford, admitted committing an act of outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner in Bury Knowle Park, London Road, Headington, on May 15. Handed a community order, with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mohammed Bilal, 24, of Cumberland Road, Oxford admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Morrell Avenue, Oxford, on May 7. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Darren Hughes, 31, of Riverside Court, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on St Ebbe's Street, Oxford, on June 17, with 89 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, over the 35mcg legal limit. Also admitted possessing cannabis on the same date. Fined a total of £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Jermaine Jones, 34, of Nuffield Road, Wood Farm, Oxford, admitted going to an address in Knights Road, Oxford, which he was prohibited from going to by a restraining order made at Oxford Magistrates' Court on January 25. Sent to prison for four weeks because of the "blatant disregard" of a court order and previous convictions for similar matters. Also ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Sarah Wharton, 41, of Blackthorn Road, Great Western Park, Didcot, admitted possessing 3.03g of cocaine and 2.37g of Heroin, both Class A drugs, in Ayres Yard, off Station Road, Wallingford, on December 13. Also admitted driving on the road in a VW Beetle without a licence or insurance. Fined £300 and given a community order requiring up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity and ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with six points

Jonathan Simpson, 38, of George Moore Close, Oxford, admitted stealing £185 worth of alcohol from Waitrose in Wallingford on March 19. Also failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 3 having been released on bail in Oxford on March 19. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £76 compensation, £85 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Abrahim Ahmadu, 21, of Pound Field Close, Oxford, was convicted of travelling on a Cross Country train service at Banbury without paying the £30.60 fare on January 11. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £30.60 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Samfr Malik, 29, of Clear Water Place, Oxford, was convicted of entering a train at Banbury "for the purpose of travelling" without having a valid ticket on February 19. Also admitted a separate charge of travelling on a Cross Country train the same day without paying the £17.50 fare. Fined a total of £440 and ordered to pay £17.50 compensation, a £44 victim surcharge and £125 costs.

Lena Price, 22, of Bellenger Way, Kidlington, was convicted of travelling on a Cross Country train service at Banbury without paying the £6.10 fare. Fined £440 and ordered to pay £125 costs, a £44 victim surcharge and the cost of the ticket.
