Drivers warned temporary traffic lights causing long delays near Golden Balls roundabout
Drivers are being warned they face long delays this morning as a result of temporary traffic lights between Nuneham Courtenay and the Golden Balls roundabout.
There is queuing traffic on the A4074 northbound between the roundabout and the Heyford Hill roundabout.
Traffic on the B4015 is also queuing back to Clifton Hampden.
