FIREFIGHTERS were called out across the county yesterday after an afternoon of torrential rain caused flooding.
Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue were called out to a number of locations, including Thame, Marston, Beckley and Oxford between 4pm and 9pm.
Spokesman Mark Oddi said Hertford College and Campion Hall in Oxford, Beckley Primary School and Cornmarket in Thame were affected.
381 homes were also left without power in south Oxford yesterday, with more thunder and rain expected for the next few days.
