John Louch, 44, of Challenor Close, Abingdon, admitted assaulting Caroline Sargeant by beating her in Draymans Walk, off Coopers Lane, Abingdon, on March 16 this year. Handed a community order banning him from going to Draymans Walk and ordering him to attend a 31-day Building Better Relationships programme and take part in a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 35 days. Also ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dragomir Alexandru, 23, of Barns Road, Oxford, found guilty in his absence of driving a car in Kersington Crescent, Oxford, without third party insurance and without a licence on September 8 last year. Handed a £660 fine and ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had his driving record endorsed with six points.

Christopher Knowles, 39, of no fixed abode, found guilty in his absence of driving a car in Lockheed Close, Banbury, without third party insurance and without a licence on December 18 last year. Charlotte Green, 27, of Bretch Hill, Banbury, admitted driving a car in The Fairway, Banbury, without third party insurance on October 5 last year. Handed a £150 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Christian Fritz Ludwig, 31, of Iffley Road, Oxford, found guilty of speeding by driving a Skoda in Marston Road, Oxford, at 50mph in a 30mph zone on November 28 last year. Handed a £155 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had his driving record endorsed with six points.

Peter Mace, 55, of High Street, Ewelme, Wallingford, found guilty of speeding by driving a BMW in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford, at 39mph in a 30mph zone on November 13 last year. Handed a £100 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had his driving record endorsed with three points.

Alexandra Nadezhdina, 67, of Pinnocks Way, Botley, found guilty of speeding by driving a Toyota in St Giles, Oxford, at 36mph in a 20mph zone on January 15 this year. Handed a £100 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had his driving record endorsed with five points.

Jonah Miles-Collett, 22, of South Lawn, Witney, admitted possessing a controlled drug of Class C, namely Buprenorphine, at Abingdon Police Station on March 3 this year. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence imposed by Oxford Crown Court in May 2014 for possessing controlled drugs of Class B with intent to supply. Handed a £100 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

David Bowley, 26, of no fixed address, admitted begging on Oxford High Street on May 28, breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order which prohibited him from doing so. Fined £50 and ordered to be a victims' surcharge of £30.

Victor Teslarasu, 18, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two jackets, worth a total of £4,500, from Dolce and Gabbana in Bicester on May 20. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months and ordered to pay a £115 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Sean Davenport, 21, of Vauxhall Barracks in Didcot admitted drink-driving on Faringdon Road, Shippon, near Abingdon, on May 6. Had 62 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for 17 months, fined £350 and ordered to pay a £35 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Patrick McGrath, 50, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving his Land Rover Freelander on Garsington Road, Oxford, on May 8. Banned from driving for 18 months, fined £350 and ordered to pay a £35 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Achilleos, 54, of no fixed address, admitted stealing £820.29 worth of alcohol, meat and other items from Waitrose in Wallingford on May 20. Sent to prison for 12 weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victims' surcharge.

Jordan McKinlay, 21, of Jane Seaman Court, Oxford, admitted drink-driving on the A415 in Clifton Hampden near Abingdon on May 7. Had 64 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for 17 months and fined £250. Also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victims' surcharge.

Mark Quinn, 41, of Field Gardens, Steventon, admitted driving a large goods vehicle or passenger-carrying vehicle on Thames Street, Abingdon, without proper insurance on February 22. Also admitted being "found in or upon a dwelling house in Abingdon for an unlawful purpose" on the same date. Given an 18-month conditional discharge, fined £350 and ordered to pay a £35 victims' surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months "due to repeat offending".

Maaycan Nosella, 32, of Orchard Court, Rose Hill, admitted drink-driving a Ford Fiesta on Horspath Driftway, Oxford, on May 8. Had 88 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Banned from driving for 22 months, fined £455 and ordered to pay a £46 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Linda Toth, 27, of Church Street, Wantage, admitted driving after taking cannabis on Howard Cornish Road, Marcham, on April 16. Police found she had more than 5.3 micrograms of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) per litre of blood. Banned from driving for 12 months, fined £250 and ordered to pay a £30 victims' surcharge and £85 costs.

Theodora Boakye-Ansah, 37, of Tyrrells Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted speeding at 48mph in a 40mph zone on the A34 southbound near Milton on June 10, 2015. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims' surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.
