Sara Larvin, of The Homestead, Kidlington, was convicted in her absence of failing to pay a parking charge at Cattle Market Car Park on November 6 last year. Fined £90 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Karina Talbot, 49, of The Springs, Witney, admitted speeding at 37mph in a 30mph zone in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on May 20 last year. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Sarah Wilson-Blackwell, 36, of Henley Road, Sandford-on-Thames, Oxford, admitted speeding at 45mph in a 30 mph zone in Steventon Road, Drayton, on May 19 last year. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving licence endorsed with five points.

Marina Harries, 48, of Brome Place, Headington, admitted possessing or having custody of a fighting dog, a Pitbull Terrier named Chocco, in Underhill Circus, Barton, on November 4 last year. Ordered to destroy the dog unless an appeal is lodged within 21 days. Also fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 costs.

Jacek Hulboj, 45, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted assaulting Katarzyna Wawer by beating her in Oxford on April 25. Fined £85 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Craig Pritchard, 33, of Bulan Road, Headington, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates' Court on January 11. Admitted stealing money from Ock Mill, Marcham Road, Abingdon on November 24 last year. Handed a 12-week sentence, suspended for 12 months, with an 80-hour unpaid work requirement. Ordered to pay £300 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and must comply with a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Tanja Riggs, 48, of Chandler Close, Wantage, admitted drink-driving in Adkin Way, Wantage, on March 24. Had 249 milligrams of alcohol in 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80 milligrams. Handed a community order, with an alcohol treatment requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge. Handed a two-year driving ban.

Brian Collinge, 60, of Millais Drive, Oxford, admitted drink driving a Vauxhall Antara in Arnolds Way, Oxford, on April 25 this year. Had 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the 35 microgram limit. Handed a £120 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Nathan Paxman, 33, of Whitehorns Way, Drayton, admitted assaulting Shelley Biggs by beating her in Didcot on April 23 this year. Handed a £300 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Elliott Harper, 20, of no fixed abode, admitted making off without paying by dishonestly leaving the Co-op petrol station in Wantage Road, Didcot, without paying for £81.02 of diesel on October 10 last year. Also admitted making off without paying for £80.60 of diesel from Blenheim service station, in Woodstock Road, Yarnton, on October 16 last year and *3.82 of diesel from the BP Express service station on the A40 at Wolvercote roundabout, on January 1 this year. Ordered to pay £245.44 in compensation.

Cheyenne Webb, 21, of Majaram Close, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, admitted failing to stop after a traffic accident in Garsington Road, Oxford, on September 9 last year which injured the driver and passenger of a Vauxhall Corsa, namely Lucy Barlow and Gillian Eachus. Also admitted driving his car without due care and attention and driving a car without third party insurance and otherwise in accordance with a licence on the same day and in the same road. Handed a £260 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with seven points.

BANBURY

Susan O'Leary, 55, of Bramble Bank, Madley Park, Witney, admitted persistently making use of the public communication network to cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another between April 10 and June 24 last year. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour like to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 22 last year. Handed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 25 days and ordered to pay £50 fine.

Carlo Arcieri, 34, of Farmers Close, Witney, found guilty of assaulting Kunverji Senghani by beating him in Witney on March 19 this year. Handed a nine-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £250 costs.

Adam Chambers, 29, of Lincoln Close, Bicester, admitted assaulting Graham Ring by beating him in Bicester on May 5 last year. Handed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement of up to 20 days and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £120 costs.
