OXFORD-based firm Unipart has reported a six per cent boost to its profits, helped by contracts with leading firms such as Rolls-Royce and Jaguar Land Rover.
Publishing its financial results for 2015, it said revenue was up 10 per cent to £868.6m and total group profit up from £26m to £27.5m.
The company, a leading UK manufacturer, logistics provider and consultant, employs about 1,000 workers at its headquarters off Garsington Road.
The expansion of its business was complemented by a number of prestigious awards during the year.
Among five top supply chain awards, Unipart won 'best supply chain company in Europe' for its relationship with Waterstones.
