OXFORD MAGISTRATES

PRZEMYSLAW CHOMICKI, 26, of London Road, Bicester, was convicted in his absence of driving without insurance on Launton Road, Bicester, on May 14
last year. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a six-month driving ban.

JONATHAN GRIFFIN, 25, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening or
abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour at the site of O’Hanlon House and Luther Street Medical Centre, Luther
Street, Oxford, on March 1. Handed a six-month conditional discharge and also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £45 costs.

RICHARD KERR, 27, of Moir Court, Wantage, admitted possessing cannabis, a
class B drug, at Moir Court, Wantage, on March 4. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

MARK JENKINSON, 25, of Bullstake Close, Oxford, admitted using threatening
or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour in Oxford on March 3. Fined £125 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

CHARLOTTE PAULING, 29, of no fixed abode, was convicted in her absence of
breaching an anti-social behaviour order, which prohibited her from begging, in Oxford on July 9 last year. Fined £1 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.


RICHARD STALLARD, 23, of Simon House, Paradise Street, Oxford, admitted
assaulting Lena Price by beating her in Oxford on October 29 last year. Handed a three-month sentence, suspended for 12 months. Made subject to a programme requirement, building better relationship programme, rehabilitation activity requirement and a restraining order. Also
ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £30 costs.

REMMY CHOLA, 29, of North HinkseyLane, Botley, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Park End Street, Oxford, on January 10. Had 87 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £140 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a
20-month driving ban.


MARK EACUPS, 44, of Ashmole Close, Blackbird Leys, Oxford, was convicted in his absence of assaulting Ian Walters by beating him in Oxford on December 15 last year. Also convicted in his absence of assaulting Kelly Appleby by beating her in Oxford on December 15 last year. Also
admitted failing to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates’ Court without
reasonable cause on January 28. Handed a community order and made subject to a rehabilitation activity requirement, a 200-hour unpaid work requirement and restraining orders. Also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £200 costs.


KEIRON HOLLINRAKE, 41, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted begging
in Frideswide Square, Oxford, on January 30. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a 12-month conditionaldischarge. Fined £25 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.


BANBURY MAGISTRATES 

BRIAN TRINDER, 32, of Station Approach, Banbury, admitted using
threatening, abusive or insulting words and behaviour intending to cause harassment or distress to PC Kyffin in Chipping Norton on December 26 last year. Handed an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.

BEN WEBBER, 35, of Linden Road, Bicester, admitted stealing 10 steaks worth £40.50 belonging to the Co-Op in Bassett Avenue in Bicester on October 17 last year, four steaks and a gammon joint worth £24
belonging to the Co-Op in Buckingham Road, Bicester on November 14 last year, meat worth £30 from the same store the next day and meat worth £30 belonging to the Tesco in Nightingale Place, Bicester, on November 25 last year. Also admitted stealing meat worth £48.38 from the Co-Op store in Oxford Road, Kidlington, on February 19 this year and committing
an offence while subject to a conditional discharge for stealing alcohol and crisps worth £78.02 belonging to Tesco. Also admitted five further thefts from shops including four meat joints from Sainsbury’s in Pioneer Square, Bicester, large bags of lamb chops worth £50 and meat items from from Iceland in Sheep Street, Bicester, batteries from the Poundland in Sheep Street, Bicester and beef joints worth £20 from the Co-Op in Bure place.
Handed a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement of up
to 25 days. Also ordered to pay £194.50 in compensation, £60 victim surcharge.


CRAIG BRADLEY, 26, of Keepers Close, Luton, admitted disorderly behaviour while drunk in Banbury Road, Kidlington, on February 26 this year. Handed a £135 fine and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge
and £85 costs.


JORDAN PARKER, 22, New Road, Hailey, admitted possessing a controlled
drug of Class B, namely cannabis resin, and using threatening or abusive words or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment in Bridge Street, Witney on January 30 this year. Handed an £120 fine
and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge
and £85 costs.


GRENVILLE REEVES, 69, of Standlake Road, Northmoor, admitted drink driving a green Land Rover Defender in Main Road, Stanton Harcourt on February 27 this year. Had 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of
breath, above legal limit of 35 micrograms. Handed a £245 fine and ordered to pay £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 17 months.

GARY HODGKISS, 54, of Sycamore Drive, Thame, admitted driving a Nissan at 67mph on the A34 northbound near Milton on May 17 last year, above the temporary 40mph speed limit. Handed a £300 fine and ordered to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Also had six points added
to his driving licence.


JAMES HANNON, 45, of Station Approach, Grimsbury, Banbury, admitted
assaulting Sarah O’Hora by beating her on September 7 last year. Handed
a £250 fine and ordered to pay £150 compensation, £25 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
