LOVE is in the air and just in time for Valentine's Day next weekend.
Residents were able to put their hearts to paper as a craft stall, dedicated to making Valentine's Day cards, popped up at the Headington Farmers' Market on Saturday (February 6).
Headington artist Jean Wykes decided to get visitors to the London Road market in the romantic mood by holding a workshop.
She said: "There is nothing better than a home-made card – it shows you have put some thought into it.
"We were not sure how many people would come along as the weather was so bad.
"But don't worry if you have missed us, I will be running the workshop again on Saturday(February 13)."
Back in 2014, the Oxford Brookes mature student organised an event as part of the Big Draw, which saw youngsters make chalk drawings on the streets throughout Headington.
