A series of burglaries in Benson, Roke and Wallingford have led Thames Valley Police to believe they are connected.
A burglary took place on Sunday at around 4.20am in which a house in The Cedars, Benson, was broken into but nothing was taken.
Another occurred between 11.30pm on Saturday and 7.45am on Sunday at a home in Roke where a television was stolen.
Between midnight and 8am on Sunday, burglars entered a home in Roke Marsh and stole a handbag, a purse and its contents.
And between 8.30am and 6pm on Monday, burglars broke into a home in Wantage Road, Wallingford, by forcing the front door.
Cash and jewellery were taken.
DC Norridge, from Didcot Local CID, said: “There are similarities between these incidents leading us to believe these burglaries are linked.
"We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of these incidents and may have seen something suspicious.
“I am also keen to appeal to local residents for their assistance by please checking their private CCTV systems.
“If you have any information please contact me via the non-emergency telephone number 101."
