Stephen Barna, 52, of Churchill Way, Long Hanborough, admitted driving on Swan Lane, Long Hanborough, without a licence or insurance between October 8 and 9. Also admitted obstructing two police constables in the execution of duty on the same occasion. Gerald Doherty, 38, of Nuthatch Way, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on Launton Road, Bicester, on October 1. Had 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £150 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Jaspal Sangha, 46, of Abingdon Road, Standlake, near Witney, admitted drink-driving in Langdale Gate car park on October 9. Had 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £540 and ordered to pay a £54 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 56 days.

Christopher Chambers, 39, of Sterling Close, Bicester, admitted failing to supply a specimen of breath, urine or blood for analysis when suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury on June 8. Fined £440 and ordered to pay a £44 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Driving licence endorsed with ten points.

Leon Cole, 18, of Alma Road, Banbury, admitted possessing 2.43 grams of cocaine, a Class A drug, in Banbury on July 29. Given a Community Order with a 15-day rehabilitation program and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Benjamin Paterson, 27, of St Leonards Place, Mill Street, Eynsham, admitted committing an indecent act in a vehicle at the Fairfax Centre in Kidlington on September 17. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Dawid Przybylek, 25, of Lerwick Croft, Bicester, admitted drink-driving in Wretchwick Way, Bicester, on October 20. Had 48 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Samuel Stewart, 19, of Holliers Crescent, Middle Barton, admitted driving without due care and attention on the A4260 Hopcrofts Holt in Steeple Barton on June 20. Fined £265 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Imogen Thomas, 20, of The Beeches Mobile Home Park, Old London Road, Chipping Norton, admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of his or her duty at The Beeches on October 19. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Hayden Baker, 25, of St Johns Street, Bicester, admitted assaulting a police constable in the execution of duty in Bicester on September 30. Also admitted cracking the screen of a police handset and assaulting a man and a woman by beating them on the same date. Given a Community Order requiring an 18-day alcohol treatment program and a 40-day rehabilitation treatment. Also ordered to pay £180 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Carl Bleach, 25, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, was convicted of failing to comply with the requirements of a Community Order made by Banbury Magistrates’ Court on June 10 by failing to attend a drug rehabilitation session. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.

Desmond Dawson, 42, of White Hart Walk, Faringdon, was convicted of driving on Park Road, Didcot, without a driving licence on January 20. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Thomas Potts, 30, of Farmers Close, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a Community Order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on September 14 by failing to attend two unpaid work sessions. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a £100 criminal courts charge.

Andrew Wharton, 49, of Croft Road, Marston, was convicted of failing to provide Thames Valley Police with information which could identify a driver suspected of a motoring offence in Banbury between October 9 and November 6. Fined £660 and ordered to pay a £66 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for six months.

Andrea Selby, 32, of Oxford Road, Banbury, admitted failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a Community Order made by Banbury Magistrates’ Court on July 10 by failing to attend drug rehabilitation sessions in August and September. Community Order revoked and sentence for original offence of theft invoked: 28-day prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 courts charge.

Michael Cowley, 21, of Deacon Way, Banbury, admitted stealing six DVDs worth £66.95 from BHS at the Castle Quay shopping centre, Banbury, on June 16. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £200 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Darren Davies, 45, of Victoria Road, Bicester, admitted speeding over the 50mph speed limit on the A500 in Stoke-on-Trent on March 1. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs, and driving licence endorsed with three points.

Hana Greenway, 21, of Hughes Close, Charlbury, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in George Street, Oxford, on October 17. Also admitted being drunk and disorderly in a public place in George Street, Oxford, on the same date. Discharged absolutely.

Thomas Larman, 23, of Mitchell Close, Wootton, Abingdon, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in the Blue Boar, Bath Street, Abingdon, on October 18. Placed under a curfew for nine weeks until January 3 between 7pm and 6am on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Ordered to pay £75 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Mahur Rustemov, 31, of Stanton Road, Forest Hill, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Cowley Road, Oxford, on October 17. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £50 compensation, a £22 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Fred Schicht, 26, of Fox Hill, Tackley, admitted drink-driving in Rose Hill, Oxford, on October 17. Had 81 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Daniel Carter, 39, of Parkside, Cuddesdon, admitted drink-driving in Old Road, Headington, on September 4. Had 131 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 20 months.

Nicholas Horton, 49, of St Mary’s, Wantage, admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance in Spring Road, Abingdon, on June 21. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge. Driving licence endorsed with six points.

Rikki Talboys, 32, of Copse End, Lower Road, Garsington, admitted destroying a vehicle window worth less than £5,000 and using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe violence would be used against them or to provoke violence against them in Oxford on February 28. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £30 compensation, a £30 victims’ surcharge and £100 costs.

Wayne Townsend, 32, of Bertie Place, Oxford, admitted stealing a bike worth £1,100 from Oxford train station on July 21. Also admitted committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence. Pete Gaughan, 31, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Florence Park Road, Oxford, on June 11, resisting a constable in the execution of his duty in Oxford and racially aggravated harassment in Oxford on the same date. Saleem Akram, 35, of The Avenue, Kennington, Oxford, admitted five counts of fraud by false representation in Kennington by taking monetary deposits for accommodation intending to cause loss to people between November 3, 2013, and January 19, 2015. Fined a total of £400 and ordered to pay a total of £1,800 compensation.

Ryan Williams, 20 of Moorcourt, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the sight or hearing of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Broad Street, Banbury, on October 12. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on October 30.
