YOUNGSTERS will be coached by two former Premier League stars in a bid to raise money for charity.
Christ Church Cathedral School, in Brewer Street, is hosting a four-day coaching session with footballers Bobby Zamora and Andy Johnson over the October half -term.
Part of the proceeds will go to the Playing Fields Legacy Fund, a charity which aims to get more people, especially the young and disadvantaged, playing outdoor sport by making better use of playing fields.
Headteacher Richard Murray said: “We have some wonderful playing fields around some very iconic buildings in the heart of Oxford and we are very lucky to have those facilities.
“The children are very excited to take part and meet the footballers, and we are hoping to raise quite a bit of money for the fund.”
