OPEN casting sessions for aspiring models will take place tomorrow ahead of Oxford Fashion Week.

The fashion spectacular will return in all its sartorial splendour from Monday, October 26, to Saturday, October 31.

Casting sessions take place tomorrow at the Varsity Club, High Street, from 1pm to 5pm, and at the same time on Saturday, October 17.

Director Carl Anglim said: “We have had models from Oxford castings in every one of our international shows, including a whole flurry of models cast last season.

“The castings carry with them a lot more potential now.”

A mixture of male and female models are required, and no experience is necessary but participants must be aged 16 or over.

All participants should wear tight-fitting clothing to show their figure and only minimal make-up.

Female models should bring three-inch black heels.

Each season, one Face of Oxford Fashion Week is chosen to front publicity for the event .

Since the last set of shows in March, organisers have been touring the New York, London and Paris fashion weeks under the name Oxford Fashion Studio.

They will also visit Los Angeles and Houston after the Oxford shows and models taking part could be invited to go with them.
