A move to get killer nurse Benjamin Geen struck off has been adjourned.
Geen, 26, was jailed for a minimum of 30 years for murdering Anthony Bateman, 66, from Banbury, and David Onley, 75, from Deddington, and of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent on 15 others by secretly injecting them when they were admitted to the Horton Hospital, Banbury.
The Nursing and Midwifery Council was expected to formally strike off Geen yesterday, but the hearing was adjourned for a month at Geen's request. He plans to appeal against his convictions.
