David Seager, 40, of Home Close, Carterton, admitted stealing four bottles of Smirnoff Vodka worth £76 from Morrisons in Carterton on May 9. Also admitted possessing Buprenorphine, a Class C drug. Fined a total of £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Alan Young, 55, of Whites Lane, Radley, admitted speeding at 70mph in a 40mph zone in Foxcombe Road, Boars Hill, on September 22, 2014. Fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £50 victims’ surcharge. Banned from driving for 14 days.

Simon Salaman, 23, of John Mason Road, Abingdon, admitted driving a vehicle without insurance in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on August 17, 2014. Also admitted driving a vehicle without insurance in Bridge Street, Abingdon, on September 24, 2014. Fined a total of £300 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 12 months and given six points.

Kyle Butler, 26, of St Leonards Close, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in High Street, Banbury, on July 4. Fined £155 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Hinton, 27, of Cherry Close, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in Yarnton Lane, Kidlington, on July 8. Had 40 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted driving a vehicle without third party insurance in Yarnton Lane, Kidlington, on the same date. Fined £550 and ordered to pay £85 costs, a £30 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 12 months.

April Major, 43, of Lucerne Avenue, Bicester, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour to cause a woman harassment, alarm or distress in Bicester on July 1. The offence was racially aggravated. Fined £665 and ordered to pay a £67 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Coran Bateman, 28, of Evenlode Close, Bicester, admitted stealing food worth £35 from the Co-operative in Bicester on March 22. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £35 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Ryan Kane, 30, of Old Parr Close, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Banbury on July 10. Fined £105 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Amy Morris, 25, of Cup and Saucer, Cropredy, admitted stealing household items worth £16.80 from Poundstretcher in Banbury on July 8. Also admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. Given a two-month prison sentence suspended for six months and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Also admitted breaching the last entry time of 2.15am at the same business by allowing customers to enter at 2.25am on February 14. Paul Wyeth, 34, c/o Shackleton Close, Bicester, admitted stealing two Karcher pressure washers, a Henry vacuum cleaner and a telephone worth £459.96 from Homebase in Launton Road, Bicester, on February 16. Also admitted stealing a Karcher pressure washer worth £120 from Homebase in Launton Road on February 20. Jay Chaston, 26, of Sandford Road, Littlemore, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Sandford Road, Littlemore, on April 13. Also admitted assaulting a second woman by beating her at the same place on the same date. Further admitted assaulting a third woman by beating her at the same location on the same date. Committed a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge. Ordered to pay a total of £225 compensation, £85 costs and a criminal courts charge of £150.
