DEALERS showed off rare collectables at the first-ever Didcot and Oxfordshire Toy Fair in the town’s Civic Hall on Saturday.
A diverse display of iconic toys, games, figures, models and collectables from the past 100 years decorated the hall.
Visitors flocked to the event to see what gems they could find, but could also have their own prized possessions valued by a team of experts. Among collectible items on show were Action Men, trains and road signs to bring miniature worlds to life.
Bill Miller attended the fair to buy scenery for his new train set.
He said: “I’m just starting up. I’ve got the base boards down and now I’ve just got to start putting it together.”
