TWO men and a woman have been charged with perverting the course of justice after allegedly presenting forged documents relating to motoring offences to Oxfordshire courts.
Mohammad Mohiuddin, 24, from Brammas Close, Slough, was charged in relation to a forged court document presented to Banbury Magistrates’ Court in November and January.
Nabial Iqbal, 21, of Grenfell Avenue, High Wycombe, was charged in relation to a forged court document he presented to Oxford Magistrates’ Court in Feburary.
Zeenat Chaudry, 24, of Wendover Street High Wycombe, was charged in relation to a forged court document posted to Oxford Magistrates’ Court in March.
All three were charged on Tuesday, and are all due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 11.
