Leon Cole, 18, of Alma Road, Banbury, was convicted of assaulting Christopher Drury by beating him in Banbury on October 21. Given a community order with a three-month curfew between 6pm and 6am. Also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £620 costs.

Kathleen Connors, 24, of Murcott Road Travellers’ site, Upper Arncott, near Bicester, was convicted of stealing £175.95 worth of goods from Lakeland in Witney on September 6. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay an £80 victim surcharge and £620 costs.
