A TODDLER was taken to hospital after a bus crashed into scaffolding surrounding a house in Thame yesterday.
The alarm was raised at 12.05pm and emergency services went to Michaelis Road to find the bus had crashed into the scaffolding around a home.
Thames Valley Police spokeswoman Charlotte Redman said it was believed one of the passengers had suffered minor injuries.
She said: “One passenger on the bus suffered minor injuries. The fire service and ambulances were also at the scene.”
A young child was taken to Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Aylesbury, with non life-threatening injuries, while the male bus driver was treated for shock.
Police closed Oxford Road, from Rycote roundabout to Priest End, while crash investigators cleared the area.
